Insurance & Self-Pay Options

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, therapy and counseling services can be covered in whole or part. Now that we are accepting blue cross blue shield Please get in touch with your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• For example, does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?

Therapy and counseling services for individuals, couples. We assist with assisting our clients with grief counseling, relationship counseling, Online or virtual sessions, anxiety, depression, stress, and even life coaching. Emotional support, wellness counseling and emotional support is all offered and in many cases, covered by insurance. We are now accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield

 If you cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the total rate of the session 

Coastal Counseling & Mentoring Services is now accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance and even has a sliding scale for self pay clients. We work very hard to provide quality therapy and counseling services to individuals and couples
